The Athey Nature Area
The Athey Nature Area is a 10 acre natural area under the conservatorship of Keep Victoria Beautiful and part of the City of Victoria’s park system. The Area is home to many species of native Texas trees, plants and animals. We are located at the intersection of Vine Street, Roseland and Independence Drive in Victoria, Texas.
Come visit our nature information deck on the backside of the historic Hiller House. We offer nature information materials and educational games for students of all ages. Enjoy the ADA path through the Athey Nature Area or take the primitive Tonkawa Nature Trails where you will see deer and native flora.
